Shipping policy
1. Shipping costs
Free shipping for orders over 40€ (after discounts, before taxes where applicable).
For orders under 40€, a flat shipping fee of [5-10] € applies (shown at checkout before payment).
Any additional duties, customs, or import taxes (if applicable for your country) are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Processing time
All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Standard processing time: [1–2] business days from the date the order is placed.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, or high demand), processing may take a little longer. If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will inform you by email.
3. Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier used.
Indicative delivery times:
Domestic orders ( All over Greece ) : [2–5] business days after dispatch.
EU orders: [5–12] business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events may affect delivery. However, in any case, delivery will not exceed 60 days from the date your order is confirmed, except for pre‑orders or special‑order items where different timelines are clearly stated.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
After placing an order, you will receive:
Order confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which may include a tracking number if available.
You may also receive additional automated updates about your order status (for example: “processing”, “shipped”, “partially shipped”, or “cancelled”). These notifications are part of our order management process and cannot be disabled.
Please make sure our emails are not blocked by your email provider (check spam/junk folder) and contact us if you are not receiving updates.
5. Pre‑orders, backorders, and special‑order items
Some products may be offered as:

Backorders (“coming soon”)
Special‑order items (“on request”)
For these products, estimated shipping and delivery times will be indicated on the product page or during checkout. These may differ from our standard delivery times. If there is a significant delay or change, we will contact you with updated information and options.
6. Partial shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship available items first and send the remaining items in a separate shipment, especially when items have different availability dates (e.g. in‑stock vs pre‑order).
You will be notified by email if your order is partially shipped (“partially fulfilled”).
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for subsequent shipments caused by our stock handling (unless clearly agreed otherwise).
7. Delivery issues and lost packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
Check with neighbors, your building management, or local collection points.
Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
If the issue is not resolved, contact us with your order number and details, and we will assist you in investigating the matter.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may ask you to cover reshipping costs.
