GROWGAN makes every effort to provide high‑quality services and accurate information on this website. However, it is not possible to exclude errors in product prices or secondary product characteristics, nor can uninterrupted website operation or the absence of human errors during the updating or display of prices be guaranteed.

If any product appears at an unusually low or unusually high price compared to its market value, customers are requested to contact Customer Service before placing an order so that the price can be verified and the order can be properly processed.

After an order is submitted through the online store, the customer receives an automated email with the details of the order. After the order has been processed, the customer receives a second confirmation email with the products that will be shipped, and from that point the contract between the customer and GROWGAN is considered concluded.

During the progress of the order, the customer may receive additional automated emails or SMS messages regarding the status of the order, including processing, invoicing, partial invoicing, or cancellation. These updates are necessary for the proper execution of the order and cannot be deactivated. The customer is responsible for ensuring that such messages can be received and must inform GROWGAN without undue delay if they are not received.

Products are delivered as quickly as possible and, in any event, within sixty (60) days from the conclusion of the contract, except in the case of products marked as pre‑orders, expected soon, or available upon request, for which separate information is provided.

GROWGAN reserves the right to lawfully amend or abolish its return policy by publishing the relevant updated terms and conditions on this website. In cases of repeated returns by the customer, GROWGAN reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a return due to abusive exercise of the right of withdrawal or replacement, in accordance with article 281 of the Greek Civil Code.

If the legal procedure required for a return is not followed, or if the legal conditions for accepting a return are not met, the product will be returned to the customer, who will bear the costs of packaging and shipping.

The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as in force, including the exceptions provided under article 3iβ of Law 2251/1994 and any other applicable provision of Greek or European consumer law.
